Ipc 494

whether complaint / case of IPC 494 is made out against family member's of accused husband or not. If yes, then under what circumstances.

494  IPC case is made out only against Husband only.

Only made complaint by aggrived person or his family member/Parents. Police has no right to register the FIR.
