Hello everyone
One day i got mobile call from one person at 6.20 pm and 6.53 pm, i went to meet them at general public area, before this i never call him for any reason
after reaching there thane police arested agains IPC act 384
IN charge sheet they written than i have made phone call to complainer and asked money
with charge sheet police submitted mobile statements where proof that complainer call me at event place
after chargesheet frame
polce agree that you never call him currect but we have wittness
In this situation, what i have to do?
