Please help me..
Recently you may heard the news about a sucide of a college student in etawah, bhimrao ambedkar university, on 03/12/12.
In which 4 students have put in police remand ( means jail), because the father of sucide boy had charged IPC of 306. of abbetting his son for suicide.
The actual story is....
A boy who commit sucide, was in a habbit of theft, so last night, my cousin and his few friend scolded him.
And in morning they saw that, he had committed suicide., they somehow broke the window and entered the room, they were scared,thinking that somewhere in sucidal note, if he had given their name or not.
The person who died he had written in diary that, i was not a good son of my parent, and i was become theif, everyone see me as theif and i have no respect. bla bla..
but in his diary, few days before committing sucide, there were names of my cousin, and few more student, as someone borrow 5800 from him, and also that, at some page, that today these person scolded me as i have theft something..
Our cousing and few student, got scared as they found their name in diary, and tried to hide it...
but later they realised that, there was nothing in the diary against them, and they give diary to the police. in evening..when body were taken from hostel..
As the father of sucide boy had terms with S.S.P. he become able to put charged to IPC 306, on to my cousin, and three extra students, and they are in jail now.
Police station head, gave statementv to media that, he found diary from my cousin, who have hide it, but truth is my cousin himself gave the diary to police station, and also he said to the press, that in diary it is written that, these four person, beaten the died person.., but in truth, nothing as such writtn in diary, as 6-8 students had read the diary and also they have not beaten him, and it will prove also when forensic report will come..
lawyer will apply for date on court tommorow 4/12/12 as he said, and i am afraid that if police will do something to the diary or will try to molest or harm the cousin.. what should we do?
We have hired a lawyer..he is watching this, but i am afraid as the father has good terms to everyone, if he will change the forensic report of suicide or diary against cousin,...
** AND MOST IMPORTANT" when my cousin should get bail, and what is the procedure...
