If a person is accused but not convicted of murdering his victim, can he still inherit from the victim if he was named in the will?
@Querist,
1.Yes he can inherit the property unless he got convicted in any of the offence of culpable homicide.It's immaterial culpable is amounting to murder or not except the case is not falling under certain exceptions,if got convicted,will be disqualified from inherting the property in question.
2.The opposite party can file suit of injunction for the time being to inherit the property unless the accused is acquitted of all culpable homicide charges.
