'A' s father ( Deceased) has One wife( Live) and One Son( Deceased) and three daughters. He died without any will. etc.,
Now except 'A' s wife Other people are not coming forward to get a family/legal heir certificate( Which is required to move to court on Properties).
How can we proceed to court for properties?

Contact a local advocate for serving notices. For obtaining a legal heir certificate, the signature of one legal heir is sufficient. Try through mutual friends and nearest relatives for a family settlement through Lok Adalat- only if it is a must enter into litigation.
