internet connection

i am law student am staying in hostel i apply for internet connection on hathway for my room but they collect deposit amount then they didnt given on internet connection after10 days they send internet bill to me wats d remedies?

dear rajendran,

First u issue a notice to the concerned party claiming compensation and damages for their negligence in providing service to you.They have collected the deposit and not yet internet connection to you but they have sent the bill.

U r a consumer of hathway, it their bounded duty to provide you better service, but they have neglected, as such it amounts deficiency in service.

If they kept quiet Inspite of receiving notice from a lawyer sent on behalf of you to hathway, they u file a consumer case in the dist., forum claiming compensation for not providing better service and mental and finanacial loss.
