My wife filed interim maintenance under sec 24 asking 30000rs.
In that she sated house wife.
Later i filed counter stating she worked prior to marriage and after marriage and earning 20000.
After that wife filed counter stating husband put torture to leave job and presently unemployee so needs maintenance.
I had submitted to court her salary a/c bank passbook and xerox copies of her appointment letter and identity card as originals with her.
Will court award maintenance?
How much amount will award if husband salary 50000?
