interim maintenance

is there any exceptions to payment of interim maintenance from the date of petition , instead of order date , in view of SC judgement on rajneesh vs neha dated 4.11.2020? if yes, pls mention.

interim maintenance order not yet passed.case is currently in counselling stage.earlier and now also getting delayed due to corona lockdown and non presence of wife.
