What is the procedure to amend power of attorney in a design application in India, where the application was previously filed by some other attorney/agent

1. Revoke earler POA given to other POA holder, by due notice to POA holder, Agency and newspaper publication.
2. AFTER above, Issue new Registerd POA to fresh person, with assignment & time bound clauses.
