Institute cheated me

All, I have paid 10k for an institude for taking class but they cheated me and not took any class.

They are not refunding my money also, no response to phone class , emails , chats .

The money transaction is done via online banking. 

its been more than 3 months and no response yet.

is this comes under consumer complaints ?  or What should i do next ?

You may file a criminal complaint. Though you are consumer, you can not seek relief under Consumer Protection Act as Educational Institutes are not covered under Consumer Protection Act.

since it is coivd i joined them for remote training , seems to be real institude but no response from them.

one time they told will refund but after than they are not responding to call/emails/chat.
