inquiry about property divided

sir my. father and mother are both are dead I am 39 years old my sister is 50 years old and living with her husband and children and she very well settled but till I am not sattled beacuse family problem my childrens are just 7 and 5 years old so I want to know in our property sister get 50'/.or not please help me

According to Section 8 of the Hindu Succession Act 1956, read with the Schedule referred therein, daughters being Class I legal heirs, have the same rights as sons to the properties of their father, if the father dies intestate (without a will).

Dear Aryan, 

Under Section 8,The Hindu Succession Act 1955, daughters have same right as like Sons and Daughters will consider as a Class 1 heir as well.
