What happens if an application for injunction is made against an act already done?
For example, payment has been legally made to a certain defendant but the plaintiff has filed for application under 39 for both mandatory and temporary injunction.
Now what will happen as the payment was made a year ago.
Any remedies or is this injunction even maintainable?
