Inheritance litigation

Where the only sibling, in another city, another state, has cornered all liquid assets nomination of the only surviving but now deceased parent, what is the legal recourse to retrieve the rightful share? Does the litigation involve several court rounds if the residential address of parent too has recently been transferred to the sibling's address? Thank you.

Please post simple facts, not riddles.

Whose property? Where it is situated?

Who are the legal heirs?

Who has cornered? How?

It is a conceptual question. Expect a conceptual answer. The point here is whether nominations can be challenged in absence of a will, whethered cornered or otherwise. Can not divulge specific family affairs in public, particularly since they are not relevant to the question. Thank you.

Thank you Beverly Powell. It is important that the Client does not feel intimidated. Whether it is a Doctor or a Lawyer, Client ridicule is not in place. This is not just an exercise to know but also to look for and select an understing Pleader for litigation, where necessary.
