Respected sir,

First of all for an authority to be answerable under the RTI Act,2005 it should fall within the ambit of the term "Public Authority" under section 2(h) of the RTI Act,2005.

So coming to your question MNC's like Cognizant, Wipro, Infosys etc are not public authorities and hence are not bound by the RTI Act,2005.  However, you may approach the regulator of these companies for any information, provided that the information you need should be something that the Company is bound to disclose to you (general public).

Thank you so much. I think we have to appeal to the Government to bring MNC and certain Private companies and Banks into the ambit of RTI. So that they are accountable.

Rightly said sir.  Accountability is one of the most important factor which few Private Companies are lacking now a days.(Not specifying any corporate body, just a general view)
