Under Section 6(2) of the Interest on Delayed Payments to Small Scale & Ancillary Industrial Undertakings Act, 1993 action by way of reference to IFC cannot be restricted to a claim for recovery of interest due under sections 4 and 5 only in cases of an existing determined, settled or admitted liability.
