Hello,
I am an Indian citizen living in NL on a work permit and intend to marry an Egyptian citizen who lives in Cairo (we are both Muslim). We intend to marry in Egypt. I wanted to know the paperwork we will have to complete for her to be granted a PIO card / Indian VISA after marriage. She does not have a passport yet; is the passport needed for her to get a PIO card ?
Also I know that to marry her I would need to produce a statement from the Indian embassy stating I am a citizen of India/single/muslim and a letter from my workplace in NL stating my position and salary. Will I need other documentation?
