the insurance company closed and repudiate my calim on the basis of three letters sent to my recored address at Patna as per address captured in policy vide india post speedpost but first letter undelivered then second delivered , third letter still undelivered but when i checked online traking of speedpost provided by insurance company, surprinsly artcile was booked to Handia Alalhabad from Lucknow BPNL post office and delivred at Lucknow Gpo with no event remark such as 'retuen to sender' or 'insufficent Address' in tracking history that
This discrepancy strongly suggest that article may have been deliberately misdirected or incorrectly booked by the origanting party or an involved postal empoyee to a wrong destination " Handia" and then fraduently marked as delivered in lucknow to create a false record.
Information reagrding the exact address details captured at the time of booking in india post system has not been relelased despite a prior application under RTI Act and cpio allahabd still not replied since 28.10.2025
Please advise legal recourse to get justice
