Index of documents for Edaakhil portal for Compensation Claim?

There's bit of confusion/disagreement with the advocate engaged by us about finalization of Index of documents and uploading them.

According to advocate it's not necessary to upload various bulky orders running in to 200 pages and part of Index of documents as Consumer Commissioner will access them directly from High Court Website. Is it so and correct.

Our concern is that our application for claim shouldn't get dismissed for not uploading these orders..

Experts please guide & help. TIA

All relevant and suportive documents of your claim must be uploaded for consideration by the court.

Why would the Consumer Commission bother to download and refer documents from High Court website ?

No short cuts can help your case.

The documents of a case stated to have been uploaded on the High Court website, how and why it is being moved to Consumer Commission is not understood ?

The burden of proof lies on the complainant. The commission cannot be running in search of proof

You are required to establish your grievances with the help of documentary evidences.

If the 200 pages order of the court is a vital document and is relied upon for fighting your case, then it becomes your duty to elicit before the consumer commission and fight your case properly on merits with the support of the documentary evidences.

You can change your lawyer if this one do not cooperate with you properly at the preliminary stage itself

I fully agree with the advise of expert Mr. T Kalaiselvan, it would be appropriate to change your lawyer immediately.
