i am working in LIC of India. my division denie me for my inter division transfer stating that my tenure is short and shortage of staff in Division, but i got the proof through rti where other division makes the inter division transfer even the tenure is less than mine, so i want to sue to LIC i just want to confirm that where can i file the case whether CAT or highcourt and how can i know about to where i can sue and i cant afford advocate fees can i fight case my self in the court. and what is the procedure for that.
Some one say to me transfer is not a matter of right so i cant sue but if corporation makes the transfer to oblige there own circle or relation then what can i do. they are choosing pic and choose policy.
