in criminal case

IN Criminal case of CC totally 6 accused. 2 of whom were abroad at the time of trial. So they split up the case. remaining 4 were acquittal at the end of trial.

Now what is the procedure for acquittal the remaining 2?

Quick Summary
In a criminal case with multiple accused, if some are acquitted or tried separately (e.g., due to being abroad), the remaining accused must still appear in court. They will then proceed with their trial to seek acquittal.

Hello,

Other accused have to appear before the court and face the trial and get the acquittal in the case.
