How the US export control law impacts the Indian outsourcing industry, especially those involved in patents and technology related work? Does every technology or technical field requires export license?
Also, is this applicable in the case where the information about technology is transfered by US firm to a registered entity in US which has a operations team in India where the work is finally carried out.
Can any one through somelight on this subject?
