Imla malik right against builder and tenant

Hello sir I got your mail id from lawyers club india
The property situated in borivali and we are the imla malik of this property
And we sold this property before 2000 still builder has not develop this property
And put in SRA
Sir what is the rights of us property against builder and tenant
PLEASE SIR HELP US

IF you have already sold your property before 2000, THEN what type of relief or benefit you are looking for in the property ????

Yes we sold property but builder still not build building in our property and in agreement builder write extra flat for us. Can we hire new builder / what rights have now against builder and tenant / in past if the person sell the room to another person we take money but now the tenant says you have no rights in your property
