I have agricultural land near Uthangarai, Tamil nadu and its registered and patta also issued under my name. I am legal owner of the property. Recently i came to knnow that one of person in our village is approaching to VAO and asking him to change patta to his name illegally by paying bribe.
Till now VAO has not changed anything, but question is how can we prevent this legally?

Law can be invoked after any crime / incident has taken place / happened and not on the basis of assumption.
Accordingly till the time such entry is not made in revenue record, no legal action can be initiated as "preventive".

Its not assumption, it is fact. What are steps after illegal entry is made?

Preventive legislation is yet to see light of day.

If the village administrative officer is indulging in such illegal activities, you can make a complaint against him with the tehsildar and district collector and seek remedial action.
