if wife remove husband from her rented house,

if wife remove husband from her rented house, can husband get divorce on cruelty ground?

Quick Summary
This discussion explores whether a wife removing her husband from a jointly rented house can be considered grounds for divorce based on cruelty. While legally it might be a factor, practically it's often not sufficient on its own. The advice suggests exploring the wife's reasons, seeking mediation through family and friends, and considering divorce as a last resort.

yes it can be ground of cruelty, but in practical life it's not enough to get divorce

You shall practically think about your life.  Discuss the issue and if necessary take the help of your and her parents, well-wishers and elders, and friends.  The last source is to think about divorce.

what is her justification for doing so.  This is relevant for the reply to be thought of.
