If tenancy is transferred

I have had the same tenants for over 50years. There is no proper record of them ever paying rent, after the first half of the time. We donot get any rent paid. According to rent control there is no proof of them ever paying rent. The legal tenant has just passed. His only family is his daughter who lives abroad permanently and rarely visits, and his grandchildren. What is the process we need to follow to get them evicted?

To answer this question, you have to tell that whether original tenant ever paid rent, if yes then same was acknowledged by owners by issuing rent receipts, if yes then since when they have defaulted, again in whoes name electricity and water connection of property, who is paying property tax, any correspondences between parties, what was last paid rent to know same comes under any special law like Delhi Rent Control Act. Only then same could be replied in proper manner.
