whether main proceedings in family court should be suspended till pending oucome of family counselling center(Case reffered by family court to counselling center after application for compromise in main case) ?
My problem is both the main case and the case in counselling center is running simultaneously ? i want that the main case should be suspended , am i right legally if yes then what can i do ?
