If advocate taken money and not paying attention to the case and not giving NOC then what to do before the Family court ?

First find another sincere lawyer to stand by you, then issue a notice to advocate demanding for deficiency of service and NOC, represent to the court on facts, finally make a complaint to Bar council of India with facts, and if you have money, time and energy, file a consumer case against advocate seeking compensation for harassment.
