Hi my name is shubham and the property is my uncles name and he had taken a loan on the property showing the area of 1000 square feet now he hasnt paid the emis of 9 months and we have a notice from tahsildar the property to be sealed and their are 2 floors o. Ground floor me my mom and my hounger brother stay and k lost my dad in covid last year so my uncles whole family is not at the property on 1st floor he havent told anything to us and i just had a question if we are not in the place when the government and bank guys come to seal the property will they be able to seal it or they cannot do it?
