Accused is well connected with politics
I have filed FIR but the police is not arresting the person and he is roaming in my colony freely ..
I have requested to commissioner but he is also not arresting.or givind order
Is there any provison under criminal law to take order from court to arrest accused in stipulated time
You can directly approach High court in case police is not taking action against accused.
