Advocate threatened me when I was with my dad and advocate. I feel he has some connectoin with my wife from whom I am seeking divorce for past 6 years. I already posted few days back. No helpful replies. someone help pls.

Check if you have any clear evidence of him threatening you.
Check to find the actual reason for him threatening you.
Check if your father and your advocate (who was present at the scene can stand as witness for the incident).
What was the threat ? (life/ safety)
Once the above is clear, send the advocate a legal notice inquiring about the reason for such threatening and for him to refrain from such acts.
Your advocate will be able to guide you further.

You are running behind bunch of thieves. No use purusuing this matter. You should have hammered that fellow irrespective of police case registered on your name.
