husband and wide

my sister and her husband is continuously fighting due to he having a affair with some other women he always speaking with him by mobile I don't know what do we already spoken with him along with both parents but he not honest if I complaint in police station they will take action to join the husband and wife

Taking divorce is the only remedy.

This type litigation s no one could solve .the remidy is both should have mutual understanding and respect if not take mutual consent divorce .if u go to police or court they will try to patch up which is useless and futureless.

It is the life problem of yuor sister. Don't go rash by complaining to police as it might result in leading to divorce.. Try to settlle within your family

Complaining to police will not help in joining them, however the situation will get worse. Try to amicably settle or go for divorce. Your sister can claim maintenance or lump sum settlement amount if she is eligible.
