Dear Experts
There is family with un divided and partition was not done .There is few property on the name of Father ( KARTHA) and on his wife .The property were purchased by kartha and his son on the name of wife,wife is house wife .Kartha died with out any proper will or settlement ,how the asset on the name of kartha's wife will be treated .
