According to Hindu succession act in Karnataka state
a female born prior to 1956 in the joint family whether female can seek partition/claim share in the joint family properties.....?
if above female died her legal heirs have any right in the joint family properties...?.

Go through recent SC Judgment which was publicized most extensively and also searches in google. Daughter is also a coparcener and equally entitled to each and every right what son is having.. (It appears there are too many problems as there are two posts separately on separate issues, better to contact local advocate for one time full clarification and for seeking immediate remedy within limitation period)
