There is no provision in law for withdrawal of an FIR. However, there are two ways you can neutralse it. First, you may file a statement with the police, preferably sworn, about a mistake of fact and they may close the case and send a Final report. Alternatively, you may request the court to quash it.

Abhishek sir , I am accused of 354 D(2) 354A , Never met that girl, just misled by A friend. Please tell how to quash it ?

Approach to high court and quase the FIR loged against you or may wait for trail of the regular court
