how to vacate a person from the shop

we have purchased a rental shop in 2015. one who occupied our shop he refused to pay the rent and he is not vaccating the shop till now past 5yrs. we filled a case in court it's running .it is talking a very long time to vaccat a person from my shop.wheter there is any possibility to speed the case or any other way to vaccat the person
