Sir,
Taken Loan insurance And paid amount For 3 years noe i dont want to renewal the insurance. But bank has updated in my account auto debit facility With out my concern. Do bank have rigjts to do so.
How to remove auto debit from my account pls advicee

The bank without the consent of the customer cannot deduct the amount. However, you shall consult the bank authorities.

You may issue a letter to bank requesting to cancel the auto debit standing instructions and intimate bank that you no longer desire to continue with the insurance for loan
If they don't respond or still continues to deduct you may escalate the matter legally.
