What will be the stamp duty for a flat of Rs25lacs.
And what will be the normal charges at sub-registrar(NOT BRIBE AMOUNT)

the Stampduty wud be around 1.10 lk for 25 lks and other than this registration 1% of consideration

the stamp duty depends upon the ready recnor of state govt for perticuler area.

Stamp duty and registration fees can be obtained from concern Sub Registrar they defferes little from State to Stae. Next you are required to pay user charges for compuer services in some States.
Commission to your real estate agent, and draftings charges in preparation of sale deed are to be paid as per their charges. If you employ any legal person to verify title, suverveyor in case of fields ( may not be the flat) to be paid whenever you purchase property.
It is better to contact Sub registrar directly to know rare of stamp duty and registration charges.
