How to obtain court certified copies?

Dear Experts,

I accused in a false dowry case. I want to use the TEP & RTI against my wife and in-laws.

Please guide me in obtaining court certified copies and how can I proceed further on TEP & RTI.

1. Please let me know is there any specific application format to be followed for this?

2. Another question, I've not received any summons so far on 498A case since two years. Is it advisable to followup on it? If yes, how to follow up?

My advocate advised, not mess up with 498A case as other cases (maintenance) are running in other courts. But I want to get all the relevant docs to prove this case as false.

1. printed forms for getting certified copy are available in courts and thus fill up said form and apply with nominal court fee.

2. not adviseable to follow it.

If you are party to the suit apply on your own for Certified copy by paying prescribed marginal amount per page. Copy will be available to you in 15 days.
