How to make nexes sections with rules

Sir, While reading the Act, any Act for  that matter,  sections may contain the phrase  as “in such manner as may be prescribed”. Kindly help me out as to how to find the relevant rule to that particular section, which means the Act may contain so many sections and the Rules book also contain so many rules, hence how do we correlate  one to one ie. particular relevant section with that of the particular relevant rule.

Quick Summary
This discussion addresses the challenge of correlating specific sections within an Act to their corresponding rules, especially when phrases like 'in such manner as may be prescribed' are used. The advice provided suggests looking for notifications that explicitly state they are 'framed under xyz section' to establish the link. Cross-referencing the notification's content with the section's subject matter is recommended for verification.

You need to find relevant notification under that rule.
under that notification there must be written "framed under xyz section " thats how you ll know which notification is regarding which section, you can cross check it with the content of the notification
