Dear Experts ,
I have purchased an old flat in MHADA building in Mumbai through a broker. But I caught in an issue that Sale Agreement is prepared with my First name and Last name only while MHADA transfer certificate is prepared with my First name, Middle name and Last name. Is it possible to correct the name in MHADA transfer certificate and keep only First name and Last name? If yes then how? If not then what would be the problems I could face?
