how to get divorce

sir
A husband abandoned his wife and went somewhere else no informations for the last 8 years .In this stage how the wife will get a divorce for the remarriage

Quick Summary
If your husband has been missing for eight years, you may be able to file for divorce on the grounds of desertion. It's advisable to consult a local advocate to understand the specific legal process in your area. You may also need to have lodged a complaint with the police when he first went missing.
