how to get CSR copy or complaint copy of the opponent

The opponent has made false complaint against me. How to get CSR copy or complaint copy of the opponent. I heard ot can be obtained through RTI. could you explain me the steps to get it through RTI

Who has complained to whom and what was the action taken on complaint and who wants to seek such complaint copy under RTI????

Let the complaint be converted in to FIR, the accused will get it through the court, free of cost.

I tried to apply through Tamilnadu State RTI online portal https://rtionline.tn.gov.in/guidelines.php but "All Women's Police Station Anna Nagar Madurai" is found missing hence I couldn't file my RTI application to get copy of the CSR. Any one can advise me how to get copy of the CSR with copy of the pettion.
