How to fight against a false case in bangalore

hello experts, My friend is falsley accused in a criminal case, which was filed in 2018 and uncontested in civil court bangalore. there was no information about the case until a police visited to his relatives house as he has moved to delhi. judgement was delivered against him to implement fir module. now court has summonned him to appear in the court. is it possible to appeal in delhi court on this matter? Please help him. Any lawyer from bangalore can help him?

Quick Summary
This discussion addresses how to defend against a false criminal case filed in Bangalore, particularly when the accused has moved to Delhi. The advice suggests obtaining transit bail in Delhi before travelling to Bangalore to apply for bail or challenge the summoning order in the Karnataka High Court. Clarity on whether the case is criminal or civil is crucial for the correct legal approach.

@SNSNK,

Be clear whether the case is "criminal" or "civil" ? Your friend is liable to be prosecuted by  the area Metropolitan Magistrate for a  criminal case, whereas you have stated, that, "...accused in a criminal case, which was filed in 2018 and uncontested in civil court bangalore.."

A criminal complaint / FIR filed in 2018 and decided "uncontested" in an unbelievable statement ?

You have "no" knowledge about the facts, if it is a real story.

Your friend need to apply for transit bail in Delhi, then he can go to Banglore ad can apply for Bail from the Court concerned or he can move to the Karnataka High Court challening the summoning order.
