My landlord has caused me a lot of trouble in making us evict the house Since my brother is due for Board examination we have asked for a six month time but they went on with their torture so we approached the court before 2 months. But now the landlord has filed a case ordering eviction whilst the case filed by the tenant is still pending. So my question is,
1, is it possible to dismiss the case filed by the defendant whilst the same issue is tried by the court ?
2, If yes, then how it should be done ?
