I would be applying Mutual Consent divorce. My 15 months daughter is with wife and she gets the custody. With respect to my daughter's name, I named her ANURADHA PRASAD and was updated in MCD records and a certificate was issued. they got it changed to LAVANYA. I just want that her name should be LAVANYA PRASAD. My family's name is not included in my name but i want that to be part of my daughter's name. My name is Praveen Kumar and my family name is not included in my name as well. My father's name was N K PRASAD. I want that my daughter should have the family name. How can I get this done?
I should approach the MCD or I have to approach hon'ble court.
