Hello members, I completed my second master’s degree in Europe. When I filed a lawsuit against the college, the lawyer who deceived me, along with the college staff, told to the state AP houghcourt that I had raped a woman on a certain street in 1998. This fraud on mehappened in 2013 by these 2. Can I object and continue with the case, since I never raped anyone and it was only a rumour spread about me? If I raped what is their problem when it is not a college issue?

You can challenge their allegations by demanding proof to prove them and also can insist that it is irrelevant to the present case.
You may discuss with your own lawyer on all such practical issues and move on as advised.

The facts posted are vague and incomplete such as lawsuit being adjudicated with what relief, what type of deception has committed by your lawyer as alleged, how it is correlated with the allegation of rape of a woman in a lawsuit ???
Be clear if it is real story and not a time pass hypothetical and / or academic exercise.

To Mr. Kalai Selvan,
I have a recent PCC ready at hand from AP that I have no convictions.
So this is all couped up by one Reddy guy, Tamil Ayyar, Church fathers, cops for bribes and business owners.
This contriving act by them made me loose my marriage as well.
Proof? They can coup up proofs like I lodged into a hotel which I usually do where s*x workers delve and I raped them. Who cares?
Apart from a signature that I lodged there, they don't have anything against me.
