Property encroachment issue with my family and neighbor family in court and my lawyer saying all my family members should be present in court.
Family members staying at different city and they are unable come.
In this scenario whats the procedure need to follow to avoid all family members presence in the court.
Being a civil case, none of your family members are required to attend proceedings of Court at the time of pronouncement of judgment.
Presumably there is / are some pending issue(s) with your lawyer, who has advised your families to be present in the Court.
