How to ask for rectification of boundaries

Hi sir I want to rectify my boundaries of land . In civil suit in prayer what is formal way to ask court for rectification of boundaries. Please help me

To pass such orders to retifiy the boundaries in Regd. Sale Deeds No.534/2007 & 535/2007 as per existing on the spot, as shown in suit schedule-Il (a) & (b)

ii. Mandatory injunction may be granted directing the defendant No. 1 to rectify the boundaries in Regd. Sale Deeds No.534/2007 & 535/2007 as per existing on the spot, as shown in suit schedule-Il (a) & (b)

You first confirm the details of the errors found in the registered sale deed through government surveyor and on the basis of survey report, you demand the vendor to rectify the notified error by executing a registered rectification deed.

If the vendor refuses to entertain your request you can approach court for relief by filing a suit for specific relief.

Yes. You request the surveyor to measure the land with boundaries with the registered document, and then ask the vendor to execute a registered rectification deed. If the vendor refuses to do the rectification deed, you can approach the court.
