Initially you must sit with her and open your heart and try to find from her the problem she has for her refusal. Please try to understand her feelings and do not rush for collecting evidence against her. In the long run it will make her to change her attitude to come together

If find then why need to file RCR, she is very bad behaviour, threatened me to kill by mixing poison in Tea, have try suicide several times during 8 years, even after RCR filed and when she return marital home. Even our daughter left her mother closeness due to her bad behaviour.

1. Collecting evidence of non compliance of RCR is same as collecting evidence for Divorce.

2. If Couple under one roof not sharing conjugal relationship then one of the aggrieved spouse would go for legal remedy that is RCR, but this RCR is not forced element led down by court that other spouse has to follow the court's order.

3. If your wife is not fulfilling her conjugal responsibilities and duties then after 1 year you are eligible to get divorce.

4. Collect all the documentary evidences like her conversation, her activities, her ailments, her crookedness etc etc. by spy cam.(you will get with reasonable price at Naptol.com)

5. Execution of RCR is only a formality if that RCR was ordered against wife. So, if you want then you can take a chance and file an execution petition before court and attach the recent development of your case.

6. Never ever go for RCR if your motto was to get rid of your erring wife, don"t ever go on the mere words of lawyer that RCR will give you many reliefs against wife's 498a,maintenance cases,dva2005. Because this is the most greedy myth from the lawyers.
