How can minor sue firm while severing his relation with firm

Section 30, Sub-Section 4 of Indian Partnership Act says that a minor can sue the partners only while severig his relation with the firm.

But can a minor himself approach court? or will he do that through his reletive, guadian, or next best friend? Or can he himself approach the court through a lawyer?
